INTRODUCTION TO FOOD & COOKERY EXPERIENCES AND TOURS
During your time in Morocco you will enjoy eating many types of typical cuisine, both sweet and savoury.
For starters, delicious salads are colourful, tasty and tangy. Tagines are very popular as main courses; they come in a number of varieties (for carnivores and herbivores).
Deserts are often simple with fruits being served (bananas, oranges and apples are typical, the prepared oranges often sprinkled with warming cinnamon). Of course, mint and herb tea is a refreshing “finisher”, often served with dainty patisserie.
Our Food and Cookery Experiences/Tour options temptingly allow you to learn the techniques and procedures to making your own Moroccan foods once you are back home. You might even be encouraged to purchase a clay tagine to take with you as a souvenir!
