I am a Moroccan and my entry in tourism began after completing my university studies, when I joined a company specializing in mountain travel experiences. What started as a job quickly became a true passion. Over the years, in that company, I gained hands-on experience designing, planning and leading mountain treks, camping expeditions, rock climbing adventures and desert exploration tours. During this time, I also completed professional training in business management (administration and accounts) to further develop my skill set in the hope that, one day, I could turn my passion into a sustainable profession. When the company for which I was working closed its activities in Morocco, I took it as an opportunity to create something of my own. I founded Anzal Tours Travel Agency that embodied the same spirit of adventure and authenticity. Today, I work closely with a dedicated team to offer personalised, bespoke, high-quality travel experiences, sharing my love for Morocco’s landscapes and varied cultures while ensuring that each journey is well planned, safe, meaningful and unforgettable.

My name is Mohamed Errahili. I was born and raised in the countryside near Marrakech, where I completed my studies until high school. Growing up close to nature and local culture played an important role in shaping my personality and values. After high school, I moved to Marrakech to pursue higher education. I studied Economics at university and earned a degree in Business Management. During this period, I developed strong skills in organization, administration, and business operations. I later completed professional training in Accounting and Management Control, which gave me a solid understanding of financial management and administrative work. Following this experience, I joined Anzal Tour as an Administrator. Working in the tourism sector was a turning point in my life. This experience changed the way I see the world and helped me discover my true passion for tourism and travel. Today, I am highly motivated to grow in this field, contribute to meaningful travel experiences, and two promote Morocco through well-organized and authentic journeys.

I am Scottish and happily retired, having enjoyed two fulfilling professional careers. For more than 30 years, I worked as a secondary school Geography teacher, a role that included leading my own students on numerous educational study tours. I then spent around 15 years as Geography Study Tours Development Manager for a large UK-based educational tour operator. This second career was a geographer’s dream, taking me across Europe, China, Iceland and the United States to research destinations and write study materials for school and college students and their teachers. Africa soon came into focus, and during my initial research trips to Morocco in 2007, I met Larbi Anzal. Recognising early on Larbi’s kind nature, strong character and professional ability, I encouraged him to establish his own company, Anzal Tours. Today, I continue to volunteer, freely, to Larbi and Anzal Tours, my full and encouraging support and assistance as the company develops and grows.

I was born in a village near Marrakech into a farming family, where I spent six years before moving to Marrakech so that we could have access to education. I spent my childhood between Marrakech’s narrow alleyways and my family’s farm. I later completed my studies at Cadi Ayyad University. During that time, I met Larbi, who suggested that I work with him part-time while studying. I enjoyed this work because it allowed me to meet people from different parts of the world, exchange ideas and cultures with them, visit various regions of Morocco, and deepen my appreciation for Morocco’s deeply rooted culture and its people. Over time, this experience developed, and I became a Courier for Anzal Tours, work I very much enjoy.

My name is Othmane Es-sadky I am from Morocco, near the city of Marrakech. I was born and raised in a rural area, where I completed my primary education, then continued my secondary and high school studies before moving to Marrakech for university. Alongside my academic journey, I developed my skills through various training programs in photography, directing, and digital marketing. At the same time, I started working and exploring the tourism sector, a field I am deeply passionate about due to my upbringing in the countryside and among the mountains. I have a strong interest in mountain sports, hiking in natural landscapes, and travelling. I believe that tourism is a human experience before being a service. I also hold certifications in first aid, which reflects my commitment to safety and responsibility during outdoor activities. I am currently working with Anzal Tours as a natural spaces Guide, contributing to the creation of authentic, safe, and nature-respecting tourism experiences.
